BART's board decides to mandate parking charges at 10 more stations, and of course the SF Chronicle BART discussion board is full of livid people. But every now and then, the real issue pokes its head through the rhetoric:

The real reasons we are in this predicament are all around us. Its time
someone steps up to put the blame where it belongs.
